To get you started with therapy, I like to get to know a little bit about you. My preferred way to do this is with a brief, 10 to 15 minute, phone conversation so that you can ask any questions that you have and we can get a sense of each other. First, I will ask what type of therapy you are looking for, to make sure I am a good fit for your needs. Second, we will go over payment and insurance information. Third, I will ask about your schedule and we will decide a time for the first session. Lastly, I collect basic contact information including your email address and date of birth so that I can send you my paperless intake forms.
